Saraswathy Vaidyanathan is an Assistant Professor at School of Law, BML Munjal University. She has completed her Master’s in law from University of Edinburgh in Intellectual Property Laws. Her research interests are in intellectual property laws, data protection and privacy laws, and the interface of artificial intelligence and law. Before transitioning to full time in academia, Saraswathy served as a full time research fellow with IUCIPRS, CUSAT and CIIPC, NLU Delhi.
