Prof. Abhishek Mishra is the Program Director and Chair of Admissions at the School of Law, BML Munjal University, Gurgaon. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from the National Law Institute University, Bhopal, and a Master’s degree from the National University of Singapore, where he was awarded the prestigious Faculty Graduate Scholarship (2014-15).
Prof. Mishra brings over seven years of diverse industry experience, having worked with leading law firms and multinational companies as in-house counsel. In 2018, he transitioned to academia, starting his teaching career at Jindal Global Law School. Before joining BML Munjal University, he also served as Dean at Galgotias University.
His areas of expertise include Business and Commercial Laws as well as Intellectual Property Law. A prolific writer, Prof. Mishra has published extensively in both national and international journals and has presented his research at renowned institutions, including Oxford University.
In addition to his academic and professional pursuits, Prof. Mishra provides pro-bono legal advisory services to non-profit organizations and startups.
