    BML Munjal University (BMU) actively promotes Sustainable Development Goal 3: Good Health and Well-Being by fostering a holistic approach to physical, mental, and emotional wellness for its students, staff, and community.

    State-of-the-Art Sports Facilities

    BMU provides a wide array of sports and fitness facilities to encourage physical activity and foster teamwork. The campus boasts floodlit outdoor grounds for football, hockey, basketball, lawn tennis, volleyball, and golf practice greens, alongside professional indoor courts for badminton, table tennis, and kabaddi. Common rooms in hostels and the dedicated lounging space, Area 51, offer recreational activities such as pool, foosball, chess, and carrom.

    The university’s state-of-the-art gymnasium, equipped with separate strength and cardio sections, provides students with a comprehensive workout space under the guidance of a professional trainer. BMU’s commitment to sports excellence is further exemplified by its annual sports fest, Hero’s Challenge, and scholarships for meritorious athletes.

    Promoting Mental and Emotional Wellness

    BMU emphasizes the importance of mental health through its dedicated Wellness Center. This facility offers pastoral care and excellent mental health support to students and staff, working in collaboration with the Wellness Club to promote overall well-being. Regular yoga, Zumba sessions, and wellness workshops are integral to fostering emotional resilience and a positive mindset.

    Cultural and Recreational Activities

    The university organizes various cultural and co-curricular activities to ensure a vibrant campus life, helping students manage stress and develop life skills.
