The Career Guidance and Development Centre (CGDC) at BMU has distinguished itself with a unique approach to supporting students in charting their career paths. Through an extensive engagement programme with the industry, the CGDC has fostered a robust, holistic approach that has significantly boosted overall BTech placements with leading industry players.
The CGDC team works with students to help them understand and evaluate their career choices, train them for recruitment tests and interviews, get them insight into what their career choice would mean in real life by introducing them to people from the industry, organising visits from industry experts who come and discuss their life and work with the students. The team also supports students going for further education with all kinds of help they may need – from application to finding a university with the right fit.
Since its inception, BMU has seen significant growth in BTech placements. Significant increments in the average (overall, Top 10%, & Top 25%) and highest packages offered to each batch, year on year, and consequential progress are noticed in BML Munjal University’s BTech placements so far. This consistent growth is a testament to the success of BTech placements at BMU.
