Career Guidance and Development Centre (CGDC) at BML Munjal University (BMU) supports students in charting their unique career paths. Through an extensive engagement programme with the industry, the CGDC has created a platform that offers a robust, holistic approach, significantly boosting overall MBA placements with leading industry players.

The CGDC team works with students to help them understand and evaluate their career choices, train them for recruitment tests and interviews, get them insight into what their career choice would mean in real life by introducing them to people from the industry, organising visits from industry experts who come and discuss their life and work with the students. The team also supports students going for further education with all kinds of help they may need – from application to finding a university with the right fit.

Since its inception, BMU has graduated nine MBA batches, excluding the current graduating batch of 2025. Consistent growth with the set of preferred companies is one of the major highlights of BMU Placements.

There have been significant increments in the BML Munjal University’s MBA average package (overall, Top 10%, & Top 25%) as well as the highest offered to each batch year on year, and consequential progress has been noticed so far. BML Munjal University’s highest package stands at 14.71 LPA, whereas the average CTC is 9.20 LPA.
