• Master’s degree (with a minimum of 55% marks) in relevant specialization, from a recognized university.
• Candidates who have already qualified GATE/UGC/NET/ within the last two years or any other equivalent national scholarship exams or have passed M.Phil Programme need not appear for the entrance exam. However, they will be required to appear for Interview. All others are expected to appear for the entrance exam and Interview.
• The entrance exam is only a qualifying exam and an interested scholar would have to obtain 50% in the entrance to be eligible for attending the interview.
