12E has the vision to conduct interdisciplinary doctoral research with the
following objectives

• To groom potential scholars and practitioners and make them competent and
  innovative researchers and educators in various facets of entrepreneurship
  & innovation, encouraging translational research
• To encourage inter-disciplinary high-calibre research studies in
  entrepreneurship and innovation with policy implications;
• To investigate the synergy between the theory and practice of
  entrepreneurship and Start-Ups as relevant to the Indian context and
  strengthen the country’s entrepreneurship education and research ecosystem.
• To fill the gaps in the availability of indigenously trained educators,
  researchers, and resource persons in entrepreneurship at higher learning
  institutions in India
• To motivate scholars to take up theoretical and empirical research work,
  leading to policy papers and publications in journals of repute.
