Shadan R Ahmed is a double graduate in Hospitality Administration, IIHM Aurangabad and Sociology Honours from Patna University. She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Amity University, Noida and is currently pursuing her PhD.

She has a rich experience of over 24 years across ITES, Training, Hospitality, Education and Media Production, imparting strategic initiatives spanning the whole spectrum of HR. She has worked with organizations like Concentrix India, IBM Global Business Processes, PeopleStrong HR Services, MiddleEarth HR, FirstSource Solutions and Taj Group of Hotels. She has managed and led various HR verticals including Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Employee Engagement and Retention, Performance Management, Talent Management and Employee Relations.

She is a results-oriented leader, talented at effective balancing between task and people orientation, with a strong emphasis on analytics and closures. She is a wellbeing champion, passionate about inclusive work culture and diversity.
