With over 20 years of diverse experience in operations management, strategic planning, change management, and financial oversight, Shuchika Vinayak brings a wealth of expertise to her role at BML Munjal University. Prior to joining BMU, she held senior positions at HCL Technologies Ltd., where she honed her skills in managing large-scale operations and driving organisational growth.

Since her association with BMU, Shuchika has played a pivotal role in shaping the university’s admissions landscape. Her deep understanding of student behavior and needs has enabled her to lead transformative initiatives that positively impact student journeys from enquiry to enrolment. Leveraging her expertise in digital transformation and technology, she has successfully enhanced the university’s outreach and engagement strategies, driving significant growth in student admissions.

Shuchika is an alumna of the Indian Institute of Management – Udaipur, where she completed her post-graduation. She has also completed the prestigious Women in Leadership program at BML Munjal University, further solidifying her credentials as a forward-thinking leader.
