- IGCSE board students require a minimum of 2 A-levels.
- By the current guidelines of AIU, all IB Certificate and IB Diploma candidates are eligible with 24 points with 3 subjects at HL and SL each.
- All the PIOs, NRIs, and OCTs must have passed their 10+2 from any AIU-recognized education board with a minimum aggregate of 50%
- No age-related bar for students applying for B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) / B.B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) programme(s).
